There is no proof that Carthetiya exists in the same reality as we are. Logic dictates that she died after the last main quest and that we are only seeing our tulpa. Nobody else in the game can actually see her outside the floating monastery area, which might as well be some sort of dream world/quantum bullshit that has no footing in reality.

I'd argue she is long dead and we will never have her canon interacting with anyone in the real world. Rover literally has an imaginary elf waifu and it's actually quite sad.
