start by having a couple industrial style standing shelves on the right side (black frame / wooden shelves)
alternatively, have one shelving unit, but do replace that smaller side table with something more sturdy, add a lamp and a plant on top of that.
put the case on the floor replacing the storage boxes,
having a floor lamp on the left (think nymane or something with spot lights).
