What if despite their physical sex determining certain factors like the sound of their voice or their external physical appearance there are still a few internal things that are left at the mercy of RNG? Such as how Fujo doesn't have a uterus but Battat seems to have the male version of it and can get pregnant?
It makes me wonder which are all the other organs and functions that are a result of their RNG roll at birth, if any, or if it's just the 50/50 on whether they will get bitches pregnant or they will be bitches.
