I think the “tic tac” and other related UAP are probably some sort of spoofing technology, being demonstrated/tested on our own sailors/airmen for easy access to the data and reactions. I think it’s some sort of plasma that’s projected and is visible on radar and to the naked eye (or the infrared cam in jets). I also think it probably isn’t very feasible for combat, not not perfected yet and that’s why we haven’t seen much done with it.
If it was some sort of advanced propulsion/gravity distortion, there’s no way that they would’ve figured it out decades ago and Lockheed Martin or whoever would just sit on it for decades without it becoming more commercialized or some other country/company coming up with some parallel technology.
I suppose it could be nonhuman intelligence, but basically every other UFO/UAP sighting ends up being attributed to relatively mundane military technology (Project Mogul, A-12/SR71, stealth aircraft, A-10 training flights, etc..)
