if you're playing on hard (which u aren't) buying anything in general is a waste of req. hell, excessive spending across both difficulties is a waste of time and money. why would I scavenge for health or buy it outright when I get free heals? you don't play the game. vanguard and tact are musts. bulwark is a good third choice; but not an absolute pick. play the game bro. talk to me when u play it :D
