i found out the hard way experimenting back in the 00s during my gap year between hs and college which was just one giant bender of taking drugs and going to random tourist places, thinking i was on some hunter s. thompson shit.
it was mostly either shrooms, weed or pills and sometimes lsd so nothing insane but my goal was to see if i could shift my own perception of memories through nostalgic things from my past.
i did this because near the end of my sr. year in hs i found a snes at a garage sale and it triggered me into this state of nostalgic regression where i remembered what it felt like to be happy again. i dropped my inhibitor meds and my depression went away, replaced by a combination of weed, psychedelics and doing things from my childhood.
so for disney most might pick a trip but i instead opted for a basic thc high. i was afraid of having a bad trip of induced psychosis with anything stronger, and i just wanted to feel good, not gain some introspective insight or something. so i checked in to the clarion inn near the main gate (now rosen inn) and the next morning i took about ten bong rips of dank og kush that i just got from my boy spottemgottem the night before.
