Red Dead 2 is one of my favorite games. I have 100% it and still play it every now and again. Zoomers of /v/ hate it because it is immersive and Arthur isnt racist. metro Exodus is also a very good immersive game

I enjoyed Valheim, it is very grindy and more enjoyable with friends. My one buddy who loved Valheim said he prefers enshrouded for solo play but i personally have not tried that game.

I enjoyed Disco Elysium. It does glorify communism while throwing shade at fascism. I found the story interesting enough. It has limited replay ability. I did two play throughs, never thought about doing a third. For cheap its worth. If you want a great story driven game for cheap that doesnt have too much of a political message id recommend outer wilds but that game has no replay ability
