Yes, for a few reasons.
1) Estrogenic effects are generally reversible through surgery, androgenic effects are not.
2) Men are viewed as victimizers no matter what they do. Women are viewed as victims.
3) Women almost never have to worry about being forcibly drafted. I used to play CS:GO with some dude from Ukraine a lot. He was twinkish, not built for warfare. Nonetheless, when the Russia-Ukraine war rolled around, he was drafted while all of his sisters were chaperoned out of the country, god forbid something 'bad' happened to them. He was dead within a month. From what I've heard from mutual friends, he died alone. Some zigger drone striked him and uploaded the footage on Telegram. That isn't a thing that happens to women.

The peace we've been living in for the past few decades is unprecedented. Go talk to anyone born before 1960. They without fail all know a man who was scarred or killed in warfare.
