She's a stun agent you don't need damage for her. Trigger's difference in stun times between A ranks and her sig is less than 7%. Sure if you want that extra boost you can get her sig but saying she needs it when her job is stunning isn't correct.
Fuck just run Nicole in your SSanby trigger team and get the same/better effects. Or Astra. Or Lucy.
