>large amounts of sweat can cause heat stroke due to the loss of sodium and potassium, which are essential for body fluids, as well as water.
Sodium and Potassium being the sole cause of heat stroke is minimal at best, and some of the easiest shit to replenish.
You would have to go days without eating anything proper to get these levels or have some absurdly low body fat.
>low sodium
Virtually any meal in Japan will have more than enough sodium to do you over
>low potassium
most snacks have enough to get you back to functional levels hell french fires have a okayish amount despite being fried
Both are stupid easy to replenish in quick fashion and one meal gets you more than enough. Water is key to tansporting all that properly and helping your body cool off. Anons would literally have to go on a week long drinking bender akin to "weekend with the lads" only restocking on water via coffee/soda/ramen broth to become that severely dehydrated at which point your piss would have been giving you warnings of being brown far in advance.
I would argue that if you're worried and simply want to cover every possible base just bring a multi vitamin with you to take daily and be done. Dressing appropriately with breathable clothes, light/white colors, and simply staying hydrated is more than enough to battle "the bloody fookin 30C monster!".
>b-but how do japanese business men stay so cool
They don't, but believe it or not the amount of layers in a business suit actually help keep the body at a regular tempature. It's much harder to warm up if worn right and you won't notice much if you're dipping into subway cars or shops constantly to cool a bit.
