it's ふれよ fureyo but it's meaning ambiguous, could be either 触れよ touch it, 降れよ fall, or 振れ shake it.... best bet is 触れよ "Touch it" from the context of the Tepaste side stories. Probably just leave a note in the corner saying the glyph says "Touch it"
Nanachi is echoing the iyannaa she was saying when under the alcohol, which I translated as "I dun wannaaa" to try to keep that Nnaaa in there.
