There's a parasitic automaton aspect to these lesser animals that make them confuse "equality" with receiving things from external sources. To them, to be equal is to RECEIVE 'protection', resources, happiness, validation, etc given by collectives or their le zaddy hubby provider. To them personal growth isn't gaining the glorious individualistic fortitude to GET and PRODUCE things, it's parasitically consuming off of the bugmen brand of collectivist 'belonging' hence parasite.

It's not enough to say they have an underdeveloped biology. It is sadly much much more than that; to the point that what is known as the balanced 'polarity of the sexes' now has a noticeable power gap that stagnates humanity as a whole due to the female's incompatible essence. The more they latch on to their degenerate stone age methods of holisticism, the more they will become useless and disruptive forms of biomass. Internalizing all of this will help you understand which gender truly struggles with adhering to monogamy and purity.

This pseudo-wisdom doesn't hit because everyone knows you wouldn't apply the same rhetoric to the feminine problem.
