This is the best cage I've found for long term wear since it's the most comfortable and doesn't require hygiene unlocks. Probably pretty good for an uncut person since you can get your fingers through the bars to manipulate your dick a bit. Pull the foreskin back for cleaning and such.
Without a piercing it's fairly easy to slip out of the top part, but that's true of every cage. The anti-pullout device I mentioned in that comment didn't work out.
