See Johnathan Rossmoine, 36, who groomed a 15 year old girl in VRChat and tried to live in her closet. Jailed to 15 years for that.
Or Aaron Michael Zeman, 29, who groomed a 13 year old buy in VRChat and Roblox then tried to run away with him. He also got 15 years.
THose are the two most well known examples, not the only ones.
