I got 3* Ultimate with this. Anri is sp4 with potential at 90%. I'd be surprised if it were possible to beat it without engaging with the potential system at all. Weather bonus for the stage pushed the team barely above 55k.
Lots of retrying, especially since none of these have crit rate buffs.
