4/5, though it looks worse in the artwork here since the plainer armored portion takes up so much visual space. This sprite shows a better pose, plus the hidden dakka guns/cannons/chains helps a lot. In the bandai art i'd give it a 3/5

If it were a Perfect/Ultimate I would give it a concessionary 2.5/5, it being not just an Ultimate/Mega but a fucking Super-Ultimate is just insulting, 1/5 rather then 0 because the shell bits are neat, I guess
