This is something I always 'know' but I suppose I never internalize because of my self-esteem. I *know* God loves me and made me this way and despite my faults and my nasty habits, I'm still something He can stand to love. I think what I really needed was hearing someone remind me of that. I'm not a great believer but I'm going to try doing what you said. You actually made me choke up as I read that. Thank you, anon.
