It's kinda funny you guys finally pieced together that someone from the league is here by cross-referencing timestamps on Twitter. I figured this out with the fake CFL x XFL rumor I started. I think they took this idea and rolled with it to string along investors considering both leagues were in a fucked spot after covid. Check the timestamps.

Anyways last year I pretended that the league wouldn't "expand" but rather start whoring out ownership of teams to sponsors or celebrities, like Japan's X-league or ESPN NFL 2K5's celebrity challenge games, as a last-ditch attempt to meme itself into viewers. Teams that aren't doing well will become road-only teams and morph into things like "Team Burger King" or "Team Tom Brady." This also theoretically allows for more home games in succeeding markets, too, like STL and DC.

I think they stole my autistic shitposting again. Tom Brady seems to be first in line for this I wager it won't be called the Tampa Bay Bandits, registering those trademarks is just a backup plan. It'll literally just be his TB12 brand used as the team name (so yes the scorebug will read Arlington Renegades vs. TB12).

Hello UFL front office guy lurking here, yes I am an autistic shitposter but I am actually a designer by trade and would like be contacted in the event you actually do this, even if it's to be comped with like free tickets or whatever. I just don't know how to give out my personal info without getting doxxed.
