Flat out not true. Other than the class photo where half the cast looks disproportionate Yugamu is consistently on the smaller side. Even his 3D model is visibly shorter than Takumi's. It's just women making strange associations because of the type of character he is.
You could MAYBE argue that the artists are portraying him a bit closer to average than his actual height... but certainly not 6 fucking feet tall like I've seen several people mention
