I honestly have said this more often to people that speed on the usual than the ones driving speed limit permanently.
A bit difficult to describe but the former feel more safe because you can tell they have the vehicle under the control and know what they're capable of. Kind of like sitting next to Ken Block but much more tame, obviously. You just know your chances of crashing compared to the average joe are much smaller per mile driven.

While on the other hand the ones driving speed limit no matter the situation feel kind of... too stiff. Not sure how to explain this feeling.
