NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 is right up your alley, if you can bear brake-to-drift, a very barebones open world (in the sense that there's nothing for you to do but cruise, the map is frankly amazing with lots of cool and diverse vistas) and it being more of a Burnout than a NFS.
