I can't imagine it'd be for any reason other than the standard one: God made humans, demons don't understand why He exalted such pathetic creatures so high and hate us for it. Although this being Bee, she probably forgot why she even hates them in the first place and just hates to hate... which interestingly could mean that she could be convinced to let go of her hatred under the right circumstances.
I do think that characters like this that hate humanity aren't sympathetic unless their hatred is given a sympathetic reason. Viv hasn't given us a satisfyingly sympathetic reason yet, meanwhile the idea of Solomon doing what he did to her gets close. So long as there's potential she could be cleansed of her hate and be redeemed at least in part.
