The reason is that after many centuries of Sinners coming to hell, the "Ecosystem" of hell changed, creating the current Imps and Hellborn, and the "First Demons" kinda got extinct

and the second headcanon that the appearances of the Sins (except maybe Lucifer) changed with time to stay with time, and when they changed, Hell also changed and became more modernized, and every one of them discovered a new way to use new technology to their advantage and spread their Sins effectively.

The dynamic COULD be interesting if Viv committed to both of them being DEEPLY flawed. Maybe Blitzo has to confront some Sinners that ended up in Hotel because of him and either rub it in their face or re-evaluate what he is doing. Maybe have sinners there that got there indirectly because of him. Maybe how they want to get better to see their loved ones in Heaven who Blitzo may have also killed.

ANYTHING! Make those characters feel more alive. Give them conflict in this crossover. Delve into those characters, peel away at their flaws they can bring out in one another and make a genuine conflict out of it because without that you are just smashing two toys together and making kissy noises. Now this all makes me wonder how THE Michael would react to the Vivzieverse if he was sent there. Im sure he'd verbally (or even physically if necessary) tear Hazbin Heaven a new one for their incompetence (for many reasons, such as Adam and his exterminators being idiots, being to lax and non-pios, and generally mediocre leadership) and especially not even knowing where the fuck God is or what is required for redemption. When he asks where his counterpart is so he can talk business with him, they give the same idiotic answer of “we don't know”. Michael will probably give a very frustrated sigh and then immediately take ruleship over heaven. If Adam is alive then the dickmaster might try to resist but after Michael beats the shit outta him he’d probably behave, if Adam is dead, then that would just further justify Michael that this Heaven’s angels is too incompetent to lead themselves. Nobody else would object either due to being too terrified and ashamed of themselves to argue against Michael’s rhetoric and challenge his power. Afterwards, if we assume this pre season 1 ending, Michael will probably take Adam’s place as the main diplomat to the embassy and try to gauge the nature of the new Hell he is in before going gung-ho holy war mode. He might actually be very supportive of Charlie, or he could be very skeptical, but given how this universe is much more “juvenile” and naive he’d trust Charlie being genuine in her motivations. If this is after season 1 and he learns of the failed attack that killed Adam which had Lucifer and the Anti-Christ involved, then i’d just say things would probably get very messy.

Imagine not adding arguably the second most well known individual in Christanity besides God (in this case im counting Christ, The Father, and the Spirit as one) and Lucifer for whatever asinine reason in your Hell and Heaven centric show. But should I really be suprised when she hasnt even aluded or even name dropped God or Christ in the show to the point where we are even assuming they doesnt exist? Also characters saying stuff like "oh my God" or "God dammit" doesnt count since thats just culturally ingrained lingo in western culture thats vestigial trait from our more religious past.
