The sequel should've been knock-off m3gans based on the leaked files from the first movie, like four or five of them, they'd all look different like a redhead, a chinese one, a latina one, etc, and like an epidemic of them killing the families that buy them and then they all link up and decide to force gemma to make them as good as the original m3gan, but obviously she doesn't want to, so they try to kill her and cady, and it's cady who brings m3gan back on her own, having learned how to code and shit (which is already kind of in the sequel) and her alterations to the original are what make m3gan a "good" robot now
