Western devs have plenty of integrity in going down with the ship after blowing holes in it themselves. Chinese have zero integrity, meaning they change the game to what the audience wants to see. They have monthly surveys in which they ask all players to rate the content in their game and ask for open ended feedback as well.
The lesson learned is that it's better to have "integrity" and have your company's profits go to zero instead of listening to the toxic incels so they give you more of their money.
