Yes, actually, she is.
Lucretia was the first girl I pulled (thankfully), but Yura the Hydra Girl was the first native legendary girl that I encountered and I do like her if I'm being honest. The Twin Hydras are awesome and they've even got their own separate pairs of arms.
She's the one who got the Dragon Soul but even if Granberia could use it I think I'd have given it to her anyway.
