Yes it's mostly standardized There is iirc most normies use shadow socks and some sort of vpn client like wireguard or openvpn or a normal protocol that is supported by v2ray client


While those mask your traffick as html requests they can still be detected by glowies who are looking after you especially if they're already keeping track of you
