i cannot\will not 100% guarantee a safe recovery
there is a high chance of failure as even if you get the chips off the board without frying them you still have to resolder them back into another board

what i would do is CAREFULLY clean the fuck out of it, add solder to the connector edge and smoothen it and try to manually move\transfer your data to a NEW card on the system before attempting chip removal\transfer
