i would say sexual freedom is being able to develop your own tastes without fear of judgement or a need to be sexually "correct/palatable" to other people. basically, freedom of expression is the absence of a restricted zone of cool/cringe.

freedom can't be defined as doing [any single definable thing] because then you aren't free to do anything else.
