While collecting today’s bottles I saw that some dummy fell for the new window scam. These were most likely original windows from the late seventies when the building was constructed and still looked good. It will take 80 years for the owner to recoup the cost with the “energy savings” and honestly the useful life of the whole building will be done in about 20 years.
