The ATGM launchers are NLOS HJ-10s which have a range of 10km and essentially act as wire guided loitering munitions, it's functions like a Spike NLOS with IR guidance, and TV guidance, the difference is the Spike NLOS switches to wireless guidance after 8km where the HJ-10 remains wired the entire time (the rationale being that it's immune to EW).
Basically think of it as being a tube/rocket/loitering munition battalion.
