The sperm episode in S1 specifically ended with them getting caught by the condom. This one ends with them reaching the ovaries. I'll be very surprised if Panty doesn't turn out to be actually pregnant. She won't realize right away though, i expect this plotline to be put on hold as we we get more standalone stories, until the big episode (6 or 7) that's also the male angels introduction.
