I mean, to be fair, have you done her trust events? Or her random interactions? They definitely make her seem like she's supposed to be a child, she acts like someone who's not even gone through puberty.
I do like the previous VA way more though, I think she fit better (sounded young but not AS young), gave the character a more distinctive voice and was better at emoting.
