Additional clarification - Koopa said that the reason he’s predicting a new driver being added soon is because ID 53, a slot with data for a Normal/unknown rarity driver that’s been there since the start of the game, just got its info changed to being a HE driver
Also, the 4 new karts info comes from data for 4 new HE machine IDs being added to the end of the list, presumably being machine IDs 474 to 477….at least that’s what I think
