Gessel Shaft has an hierarchy(also revealed in Maost uptie story) so it is likely that Faust(ours) can't actually access every single information in the world, and there are Fausts such as Yuri Faust who has been completely cut off from the group chat as well. It's its own thing that works independently, if mirror worlds weren't real none of this would make sense.
