I have had my full genome sequenced and I have gilbert's syndrome. That was the only thing it identified. Explained stuff I noticed all my life but never knew why, like things like alcohol having no positive effect on me while it gave other people a social buzz, or even coke back when I tried it doing nothing to me. They just made me tired and, with alcohol, naturally, intoxicated, but none of the positive effects of it. Turns out with gilbert's syndrome you metabolyse them differently so they aren't made as soluble and just go through you more. As a syndrome, it's minor in that most people who have it will never even notice they have it and live their whole lives, it has no real negative effects.
