I just read up on what this fractional ownership is. Seems to me like it’s a way of officially easing people into the whole “you will own nothing…” meme. It would start out as, we only own a bit of your home. Then it goes to we only own half your home. Final stage is you only own a bit of our home. Best part is that you willing signed up for it.
