She's just... an ogre. Best I can guess is Random Spawning Genes gave her the B&S Great Ogre Retromorph and one of the retro conditions. Something tells me she won't turn back into a dirtmole when the condition, pre-teen, pre-adult, pre-elder is over unless Great Ogre has a metamorph and condition.
