Would the Slayer even perceive Viv's Hell as an actual threat? Not saying it could give him a run for his money, but, from what I've seen, it's not going out of its way to consume Earth, there's just a bunch of asshats like IMPS killing humans here and there. All he needs to do is take out the high ranking demons, destroy any means to reach Earth and he might as well just leave the rest of the population to their gay orgy as their society falls apart.
