Update for anyone who cares: The guy I was talking to confirmed its "definitely" my stalker who broke the side mirror off his car and drove off. I gave the victim info that he can take to the police and take it from there. I passed one of his 'flying monkeys' (a term related to enablers of narcissists) while coming home, so maybe something happened given the time.

I think I may have lethal on my stalker again. It's amazing; I never did anything to him that he didn't do to himself.
