Why do the Irish think it's funny to put cancer causing chemicals into the wrappers of US-bound butter? They don't put cancer chemicals in their domestic wrappers.

I say we get Trump to nuke Dublin. Place is completely overrun with Africans anyway at this point.

Americans seem to really appreciate this stuff. And Europeans see to be deeply bothered by it. And this American is confused by their reaction. What exactly is the problem? It's just butter, and it happens to be pretty good butter.

Could there be something better than this? I am sure of it. But if I casually pick up a generic bottle of Leflaive Bourgogne Blanc at the corner bottle shop it doesn't send 100 europedants into a tizzy about how I'm a loser Ameriburger hamburger McDonalds pleb if I don't jump up right now and pour it in the toilet where it belongs and get the Domaine Chanterêves Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru instead.

Yet liking this brand of grocery store butter is apparently beyond the pale.

How do people manage to be a snob about butter of all things?
