There is an odd discrepancy in what they said.
They said they shot down 100% of the missiles but they also reported a missile impact on a platform in the Black Sea.

I think Ukies didn't count that missile against the ones launched against Ukraine because a) it was launched at a military target so it's arguably just normal warfare and b) it's so far off-shore that their air defences weren't involved and civilians weren't at risk.
It doesn't count as part of the Russian terror bombing campaign anyway.
