I spent many hours on all floors troubleshooting my PC being able to boot but not POSTing on reboot and the reason was that the BIOS setting that manages BCLK being set to Manual with all subsettings (the ones that only become available when set to Manual) on Auto is somehow different from the main setting being on Auto in the first place.
