I tried anons, I really tried. I'm absolutely burned out and I really dislike my job now. I'm sure I still enjoy programming but I really need a break.

>expected to be mentored, instead end up in charge of the frontend shortly after
>disgusting pajeet code, work my ass off to improve things
>admitely imposter's syndrome, don't really have anyone at work to compare with, so unaware of my skill level
>always deliver, keep trying to improve things
>management is a mess, boss is a schizo, coworkers are burned out and have zero will to learn
>pretty much the only one that follow procedures
>eventually start getting tired
>they hire a new guy that is supposedly hot shit because has 5 yoe working with React
>read the docs in a month, pracitce a bit, end up with me having to babysit the guy, outperforming him, and he eventually gets fired
>get a ridiculous yearly raise that barely covers inflation
>new project coming up
>they want to hire someone with experience again so I can "learn from him"
>feel like leaving but motivation is absolutely zero
