For the record, the Elmeth is a Lvl4 cost 2 unit with 4 health and Psycommu 3.

Psycommu is weird. Effectively, if you have a Newtype piloting it, then you can use it. Basically after players have chosen their defending squads it does that much damage to any target. It doesn't actually need to be attacking or defending, it can just do this from the station area where units just hang out.

Elmeth, just to be extra special doesn't even need the unit it's attacking to be in a battle either and can just target anything anywhere.
