yes, you just want smaller tires and a hellcat diff swap, as the stock v6 chally is open diff only. you will also probably want to buy a tazer for the full esp/abs kill function or pull the ESP fuse
to do the hellcat diff swap you need axles from an r/t, as the axle spline count of the v6 diff is different and the hellcat axles will not fit in the v6 control arms, but the r/t axles fit in both.
the major problem i've found when skidding my chally is the lack of a handbrake and the kind of weak e-brake means you have to flick it into turns, boot the throttle and pray a little, but it likes to slide very easily, the steering is quick and has good range for a stock car, and the chassis is balanced so it feels good in a skid. the pentastar's power is all in the top end so it's very easy and linear to control.
