my current shrink told me they don't know what to do with me anymore, had many of them in the past with no results, very shitty life with no motivation the past 5 years. i often say nothing and have nothing to say when i'm there but i could email stuff. should i email? i kind of don't want to give up again and this one seems more likable than all the other incompetents i had so far. i'm starting to reach the age where you really need to kill yourself or live with the regret of not doing so later.
are meds a last resort worth trying? i know all about them and don't trust it.
