I really, really love all 4 of these games. SMRPG taught me to read, EarthBound had a more profound emotional impact on me more than any other game I've ever played, DKC was the first game I ever played and Illusion of Gaia I only beat recently but it was a lot of fun, great exploration of real world locations, and had a surprisingly deep and romantic story. And on top of all the personal memories and emotional stuff, there are all just rock-solid games.
