The photo on the left is him at 20 years old 5'11 220lbs SHREDDED with veins running down his delts deadlifting 800lbs.
Photo on the right is him close to his peak, 260lbs with abs and 20" arms.
He benched almost 5 plates and deadlifted over 860lbs in competition.
His training routine?
He squatted, bench pressed and deadlifted for 1 set once a week, and did 1 set of pullups or shoulder presses once every full moon.
No assistance work, no back-off sets, nothing.
He never experimented with his training or diet.
His diet was all fast food.
