LOL. DUDE what the fuck?? Just heat up the pan! When your grape seed oil begins to atomize and barely start to smoke a little, that’s when you know it’s hot enough

YOU NEED TO SEASON PRIOR TO PUTTING THE CHOPS IN THE PAN. If you want to baste, you need to sear the first side hard and then let the second side get about halfway seared, THEN throw in some butter/garlic/thyme or whatever turn down the heat then baste

WRONG. After searing 2-3 minutes per side and basting, put in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes MAX

NO. FUCK no, it should be a couple minutes at the most. Sauternes garlic and shallot and then throw in beans, salt and pepper to taste

WRONG AGAIN. You need to ALWAYS start with cold salted water and bring the potatoes up in the cold water. If you add potatoes to hot water, the outside gets overcooked while the inside is undercooked

It’s remarkable how bad you are at this. For the love of god, PLEASE tell us how to make gravy :)
